Do you accept returns?
Due to the fact that so many items go into clearance all at once, we do currently accept returns. All of my merchandise gets shipped directly from the main warehouse. **On your invoice, you may call the warehouse to see if they will accept a return on your order. However, if you are going to return and item, there will be a 20% re stocking fee and shipping that the customer will get charged.

What Kind of Payments do you accept?
We currently only accept Paypal and personal checks. FUNDS AND PAYMENTS: All items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Prices subject to change.

What is your Shipping method?
Most orders will get shipped UPS Ground shipping. Depending on how big the order is, it may get shipped fedex or USPS.

How Fast is shipping?
If paying with a check, you will have to wait up to three weeks for your check to clear before recieving your merchandise. However, if you pay with paypal. It will take up to 48 hrs to process your order. And 7-14 days to recieve it.

Do you combine shipping?
We do combined shipping if you are purchasing more than one bulk lot. Be sure to let us know if you are purchasing more than one lot and we will be happy to mail you an invoice with your total.

Where can you ship to?
We can only ship to the US mainland. We can not ship outside the United States or to Canada. Also, we do not ship to PO Boxes, you must be sure to send us a physical address to have your packages sent.

Typographical Errors?
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: The company is not responsible for typographical error or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error you will be contacted via e-mail, facsimile or USPS Mail with the corrected pricing information. Deposits for pre-order merchandise is non refundable. In the event of damaged goods, incorrect shipments occur arrangements and credits will be issued ad appropriate. In the event that product that does not get delivered due to uncontrollable event force majeure.

Delivery and Time Requirements
DELIVERY AND TIME REQUIREMENTS: Orders process within 48hours. 80% of our deliveries arrive within 14 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses.If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days.

SHIPPING: It is conceivable products will be shipped from multiple shipping points, therefore shipping costs may vary. Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order.

Other Adjustments and Cancellations?
OTHER ADJUSTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: We cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately. We can be reached at: garingercompany@hotmail.com. We can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL.

BACKORDERED OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS: You will be notified immediately of any product that may be backordered. If the product you ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available from the supplier, we will contact you to offer a substitute product: or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order.
